After conquering countless “high-difficulty” escape rooms across the country, the unexpected stumble took place at Tar Heel Escape, marking the team’s first recorded failure in their long and storied history of escape room dominance.

In the summer of 2025, accompanied by their devoted parents and beloved dog Sarsy, Sommer and Sydnie participated as volunteers in the World Police & Fire Games (WPFG), held in Birmingham, Alabama. They volunteered at venues for Flag Football, Baseball, Hockey, and Futsal.
