Ultra-Intensive Training Week
The first day of the second Really-Tough-But-You-Can-Get-Over-It physical, power and core stabilization ultra-intensive training week. Their diet has been away from oil, sweet and artificial fat for months. According to the plan created by the youth training coach we consulted, there will be a short period of fatigue in the next week or two, after that their strength and quickness will be raised to another level, we’ll see how it works in Hoover Havoc.
